Viewing Manuals (from Dashboard screen)

The ConnectCare service portal contains manuals for the STERIS equipment owned by your company. To open a manual, perform the following steps.

Steps

Step 1.  Go to the Dashboard screen of the ConnectCare service portal.

Step 2.  Click in the Operator Manuals box or the Maintenance Manuals box. The Operator Manual screen or the Maintenance Manual screen displays.

Step 3.  In the Select Equipment Type field, use the drop-down menu to select a product family. 

Step 4.  In the Select Equipment field, use the drop-down menu to select the device. The manual for that device displays.
