Logging In
Upon completion of your onboarding process, you will be supplied with a username and password. Do not share your login information.
Enter your username and password and click SIGN IN.

Trouble Logging In?
- Click on TROUBLE LOGGING IN under the SIGN IN
- Follow the instructions to enter your email address and then click SUBMIT.
- You will receive an automated email with a link to reset your password.
If the system does not recognize your email address when you attempt to reset your password, you will need to contact your facility account administrator. Your administrator can confirm that you are an active user in the system. You can also contact M!Link Technical Support to get help accessing your account or resetting your password.
NOTE: Our support team is unable to set you up as a new user without permission from your account administrator. We will notify your admin and provide assistance once we confirm that you are an active user. |

Header Banner
The header banner contains the M!Link logo. Click on this at any time while in the site to get back to the M!Link homepage.
Facility Logo
If you choose to add your logo, it will appear in the upper righthand corner. This lets users easily identify your facility’s account.
Welcome Message
Welcome (Your Name) will appear on your screen each time you login successfully.
Manage Account
Click on MANAGE ACCOUNT to review or make changes to your user account.
Logout
When you are ready to leave M!Link, click LOGOUT in the upper righthand corner of the screen.
Active Modules
Your account administrator will determine which modules you have access to. Active modules appear on your home screen in bold blue.
Inactive Modules
Your account administrator may choose to restrict your access to certain modules. These will be visible and grayed out on your screen. To request access, contact your admin by clicking on MANAGE ACCOUNT and selecting the ACCOUNT tab.
Coming Soon Modules
You may see COMING SOON next to modules that are still in the developmental phase. These will be grayed out until they are completed and released. NOW AVAILABLE indicates a new release. Feel free to reach out to your STERIS account manager with questions or for more information.

The equipment information page is where you can find a complete list of your STERIS install base. Enter here to retrieve basic or detailed information on any piece of equipment.
Search Bar
To locate a specific piece of equipment, enter the STERIS serial number or your internal asset number into the search box. You can also perform a group search to pull multiple pieces of equipment from a particular category, value or name.
Filter Box
Use the filter tool to view a group of equipment by department, type, name, status or life cycle. You can also search by location if you have more than one facility. Setting multiple filters will narrow your search criteria
Column Filters
Click the columns filter to choose which columns you want to view. The equipment information data table allows you to view a maximum of eight columns.
Equipment List
If you do not select filters, your full install base will load in your equipment inventory list. The system displays 20 entries per page. Click NEXT PAGE to navigate multiple pages.
You can nickname equipment in the data table. Simply click the field to generate a cursor. Type your entry and then click out of the box to save.
Equipment Detail Page
Click on the serial number column to navigate to the equipment detail window with the following tabs:

This module provides a complete history of all STERIS-performed services as well as all activities executed through the mobile application. Here you can run reports for internal purposes or for your Joint Commissions or CMS surveys.
Search Bar
To locate a specific piece of equipment, enter the STERIS serial number or your internal asset number into the search box. You can also perform a group search to pull multiple pieces of equipment from a particular category, value or name.

Export to PDF and CSV
The system allows you to export a service history report in two separate formats:
- To generate a PDF document, click EXPORT TO PDF
- To generate a CSV document, click EXPORT TO CSV
Service History Table
The service history table contains one row for each individual service activity:
Activity – Shows whether the service was a PM or a repair. If you are using the mobile app, you will see both STERIS and in-house service activities.
Date – The date the activity was performed.
Location – A quick visual reference of your equipment location.
Asset Tag – The system allows you to easily identify, search by and report by your internal asset number.
Service Action Report – If your activity type is PM, click on the PDF icon to view and download a detailed PM report. You can view activities performed by STERIS technicians as well as in-house HTM services performed through the mobile app.
STERIS Service Report (Coming Soon) – If STERIS performed the service activity, you can access the report by clicking on the icon in this column. Activities that were performed in-house by your team will have a blank space here. This option is currently unavailable.
Certified Seal – Any OEM-approved PM inspection comes with a seal. This includes all services performed by STERIS technicians. In-house services through the mobile app will also feature one of two seals. See Section 6 below for more information.
NOTE: The service history table displays up to 20 rows of history. To view more reports, click NEXT PAGE at the bottom of the screen. If your service history table contains more than 20 rows of history and is on multiple view pages, you are still able to export the full service history by clicking the export buttons. Your service history will print appropriately. |
