TABS
Some screens use tabs to help divide information in a meaningful way. For example, in the Manage Account screen (shown below), the four tabs at the top of the screen (Profile, Account, Users, and Operator Assistant) each open a new screen.

HYPERLINKS
Hyperlinks allow you to see where you are in the ConnectCare service portal and also allow you to easily move back to previous screens. For example, the hyperlink in the figure below shows that you began on the Dashboard screen (also known as the Home screen).
- From the Home screen, you moved to the Manage Account screen.
- From the Manage Account screens you moved to the Operator Maintenance Tasks screen.
- From the Operator Maintenance, you moved to the Add Operator Maintenance Tasks screen.
You can move back to any of the screens in the hyperlink by clicking on it. For example, click on “Manage Account” in the hyperlink. The Manage Account screen opens.

LINKS
On screens that have rows of information, there is often a column that has information in a different color. Those are usually links. Columns of serial numbers are often links. When you click on a link, another screen opens.
