Asking Questions about the ConnectCare Service Portal
If you have questions about the ConnectCare service portal, but not about the equipment connected to it, perform the following steps. Your questions are sent to the ConnectCare Support team (not the STERIS Technical Care team that manages service requests and Equipment Service technicians).
Steps
Step 1. In the menu, click on the Customer Support option. The Customer support screen displays.

Step 2. Type in your question, then click on the Submit button. Your question is sent to the ConnectCare Support team.
