Viewing Cycle Tapes

After a cycle finishes, a digital copy of the cycle tape is sent to the ConnectCare service portal. Cycle tapes are displayed in the Equipment/Device Data screen. 

Perform the steps below to view cycle tapes.

Steps

Step 1. Click on the Equipment option in the menu located in the left margin of most screens. The Equipment List screen displays.

Step 2. Find the equipment whose cycle tapes you want to examine and click on its serial number. Its Equipment/Device Data screen displays. It is shown below.

Step 3. Click on the Cycle Tapes tab located near the bottom of the screen.

Step 4. Find the cycle tape you want by using the arrows ( and ) on the right and left edges of the Cycle Tapes area. The cycle tapes are arranged by the date they were created.

Step 5. To see additional information about a cycle, click on the View More button on the bottom of a cycle tape.
