Notifications

The ConnectCare service portal sends out information in a timely manner to help keep your equipment running at optimum performance. This includes notifications when something occurs as well as reports. Refer to the help topic titled “Reports” for more information about reports.

 

Notifications are sent by email or app. The method was selected when you chose who receives a notification. The notifications sent by the portal are shown in the table below.

Alarms

When an alarm is triggered by any connected equipment in any of your company’s facilities, users in the Alarm Contact list receive an alarm notification email or app push. For more information about alarms, alarm notifications, and the Alarm Contact list, refer to the help topic titled “Alarms.”

DART Test Past Due

When a scheduled DART test was not performed within the specified time frame, a notification is sent. The time frame and who the notifications are sent to are setup when the DART test is created. To change this information, refer to the help topic titled “Updating an Existing DART Test.”

Leak Rate

When a Leak test detects that the leak rate is high (exceeds the specified threshold), a notification is sent. The threshold value for the test and who the notifications are sent to is setup when the Leak test is created. To change this information, refer to the help topic titled “Updating an Existing Leak Test.”

Leak Test Past Due

When a scheduled Leak test is not performed within the specified time frame, a notification is sent. The time frame and who the notifications are sent to was setup when the Leak test was created. To change this information, refer to the help topic titled “Updating an Existing Leak Test.”
