History
There are times when you need to examine past performance. The ConnectCare service portal helps you to do this by providing screens and reports that allow you to see previous tasks and alarms and also equipment productivity.
TASK HISTORY
The Service History screen lists activities performed by STERIS Equipment Service technicians. Refer to the help topic titled “Service History screen” for more information. When you export this information to a PDF, the top of the PDF includes summary statistics about service visits, such as: the number of field repair visits, preventative maintenance visits, and specialty visits, as well as the total number of visits. It also includes the five devices that had the greatest number of field service visits along with the number of visits that occurred for each of these devices.
ALARM HISTORY
The Alarm history for a device can be seen in two places:
1) In the Equipment Alarm report.
This report graphs the number of alarms and also lists the alarms that occurred on the selected equipment for the period of time you want to examine. Information it contains includes: type of alarm, day and time alarm occurred, and location. Refer to the help topic titled “Remote Monitoring Command Center screen” for more information.
2) On the bottom of a device’s Equipment/Device Data screen.
This screen lists the alarms that occurred on the selected equipment for the period of time you want to examine. You can export the displayed information into a CSV file. Above the list of alarms is summary information that shows the number of open alarms and total number alarms for the device. There is a row for each alarm that includes: the current alarm state, alarm type, description, and day and time alarm occurred. Refer to the help topic titled “Equipment/Device Data screen” for more information.
EQUIPMENT PRODUCTIVITY
The Equipment Productivity report shows the number of cycles run on the selected equipment during a specified period of time. It also contains the average number of cycles run per hour. You can select up to five devices for this report.
Refer to the help topic titled “Remote Monitoring Command Center screen” for more information.
