Dashboard screen (Scheduled PMs tab)
In the center of the Dashboard screen there is an area that shows a summary of various performance metrics. Select the type of information you want to see by clicking on the appropriate tab:
- Service Visits this Week
- Scheduled PMs
- Open Equipment Alarms
- Operator Assistant
When the Scheduled PMs tab is selected, a list of Preventative Maintenance tasks displays. Preventative Maintenance tasks are performed by STERIS technicians. (Your technicians perform the tasks listed under the Operator Assistant tab.)
The tasks in this screen have not yet been performed. They are scheduled to begin within the next 45 days and service tickets were created for them. The screen is shown below. The columns are described below the screen.
Perform the following steps to see the Scheduled PMs information.
Steps
Step 1. Go to the Dashboard screen of the ConnectCare service portal. The Service Visits this Week tab is automatically selected when the Dashboard screen opens.
Step 2. Select the Scheduled PMs tab. A list of scheduled Preventative Maintenance tasks displays.

ITEM | DESCRIPTION |
Status | Lists the status of tasks. It is color coded. - Completed tasks are highlighted in green. - Open (not completed) tasks are white. NOTE: The Service History screen lists completed tasks. Refer to the help topic titled “Service History screen.” |
Location | Where the equipment is located

S/N | Serial number of the equipment. Click on a serial number to open the Equipment/Device Data screen. It shows the scheduled dates of tasks for the equipment as well as other information about the equipment. |
