Dashboard screen (Open Equipment Alarms tab)
In the center of the Dashboard screen there is an area that shows a summary of various performance metrics. Select the type of information you want to see by clicking on the appropriate tab:
- Service Visits this Week
- Scheduled PMs
- Open Equipment Alarms
- Operator Assistant
When the Open Equipment Alarms tab is selected, a list of open alarms displays below the tab. These are all the open alarms. It does not matter if the alarms are being issued by one device or by many. The screen is illustrated below. The columns are described below the screen.
NOTE: The Remote Monitoring box, located along the right edge of the Dashboard screen lists the number of online devices, alarming devices, and offline devices. The number of alarming devices is often different from what you see in the Open Equipment Alarms tab, because the tab displays the number of open alarms, while the Remote Monitoring box displays the number of devices that are currently causing alarms to occur.
NOTE: If your company has the Remote Monitor subscription, then under the alarm description, there may be a link titled “View Troubleshooting Steps.” Click on it to see information that may help you resolve the cause of the alarm yourself.
