Equipment/Device Data Screen

The Equipment/Device Data screen provides detailed information about equipment. It can be opened from various screens by clicking on the serial number of the equipment. The most common way to open it is through the Equipment List screen, which is described in the steps below. The Equipment List screen offers an overview of the equipment, while this screen provides detailed information.

The Equipment/Device Data screen has up to seven tabs. Different equipment can offer a different set of tabs; however, these four tabs always display: Device Data, Service History, Operator Manual, and Request Service.  The seven tabs are:

  • Device Data - Provides identification information about the equipment as well as: status, alarm contacts, scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, alarm history, cycle tapes, real-time temperature and pressure, etc. For additional information see the help topic titled “Equipment/Device Data Screen (Device Data Tab).”

  • Troubleshooting – Provides links to: manuals, videos, common problems, and illustrated parts breakdown. For additional information see the help topic titled “Equipment/Device Data Screen (Troubleshooting Tab).”

  • Service History - Lists service activity that was completed. For additional information see the help topic titled “Equipment/Device Data Screen (Service History Tab).”

  • Operator Manual - Displays the operator manual for the equipment. For additional information see the help topic titled “Equipment/Device Data Screen (Operator Manual Tab).”

  • Maintenance Manual - Displays the maintenance manual for the equipment. For additional information see the help topic titled “Equipment/Device Data Screen (Maintenance Manual Tab).”

  • PM Checklist – Displays the Preventative Maintenance checklist for the equipment. It includes detailed descriptions of each preventative maintenance task and specifies how often each task should be performed. For additional information see the help topic titled “Equipment/Device Data Screen (PM Checklist Tab).”

  • Request Service - Opens the Open Service Requests screen. For additional information see the help topic titled “Equipment/Device Data Screen (Request Service Tab).”

NOTE:   The gauges and the Remote Monitoring summary can be seen only if your facility has the Remote Monitor subscription and your account was setup to allow you access to remote monitoring features. Not all equipment display gauges. For example, if the equipment does not have a chamber, then the Chamber Temperature gauge and Chamber Pressure gauge do not display.
