This article is focused on how to Login to ConnectCare and what to do if Login is not successful or errors. 


Here are the steps to Login:


1. Go to this URL: https://connectcareims.steris.com/.


2. Enter your Email Address and click the LOGIN button.


3. Confirm email address and click the SUBMIT button.



4. Enter your Password and click the SIGN ON button.



5. Once authenticated, you are logged in and redirected to the Dashboard.

  I cannot get to the Login or Password page  

  • There are a few reasons a User may not be able to access the Login screen, including firewall, network or domain issues within the Customer's facility or system, especially if the facility has a Zero Trust policy. This can be remedied with a 30 minute call with the facility's IT department. Email your Account Manager or contact ConnectCare IMS Support at connectcareims_support@steris.com.

  I forgot my Password and need to reset it  

  • Click the "Forgot Password" link and follow the prompts to reset your password:
