Resetting Your Password from the Login Screen
If you have forgotten your password or want to reset it, perform the following steps. Also, use these steps when you are unable to log into your ConnectCare Service Portal account. This can occur if you forgot the password or did not receive an email notifying you that your Portal account was created. This email contains instructions on how to set your password.
NOTE: If you enter the wrong password repeatedly, you will be temporarily blocked from trying again. In time, you will be able to try logging in again. The number of tries and the length of the wait time was setup in your system.
Steps
Step 1. Go to https://connectcare.steris.com/ The ConnectCare Login screen displays.

Step 2. In the Email field, enter your email address, then click on the Next button. The Enter Password window displays.

Step 3. Click on the Forgot Password link. An email is automatically sent to you that contains a Recovery code. Also, the Enter New Password window displays.

Step 3. In the Recovery code field, enter the Recovery code from the email described in Step 2.
Step 4. In the Enter New Password field, enter your new password. It must follow these rules:
- Minimum of eight characters
- Minimum of one upper-case letter
- Minimum of one lower-case letter
- Minimum of one number
- Minimum of one special character
Step 5. In the Verify New Password field, enter the new password again to verify that it was entered correctly.
Step 6. Click on the Save button to change the password to the one you just entered.
