Resetting Your Password from inside the ConnectCare Service Portal

You can change your password using the Forgot Password link on the Login screen, or, once you are logged in, change it from the Manage Account screen within the ConnectCare service portal. To change your password from within the portal, perform the following steps.

Steps

Step 1.  Click on the Welcome link. A drop-down menu displays.

Step 2.  Select the Manage Account menu option. The Manage Account screen displays with the Profile tab selected.

Step 3.  Click on the Reset Password button. The Change Password fields display.

NOTE:   If you are unable to reset your password, contact your IT department. The ability for users to reset their own passwords depends on how your company manages the various apps and software programs available within the company.

Step 4.  In the Current Password field, enter the password you have been using.

 

Step 5.  In the New Password field, enter your new password. It must follow these rules:

 

  • Minimum of eight characters
  • Minimum of one upper-case letter
  • Minimum of one lower-case letter
  • Minimum of one number
  • Minimum of one special character

 

Step 6.  In the Confirm Password field, enter the new password again to verify that it was entered correctly.

Step 7.  Click on the Save button to change the password to the one you just entered.
