Deleting a Leak Test

When a Leak test is no longer needed, perform the following steps to delete it. This permanently removes the test from the ConnectCare service portal.

Steps

Step 1.  Click on the Welcome link. A drop-down menu displays.

Step 2.  Select the Manage Account menu option. The Manage Account screen displays.

Step 3. Select the Operator Assistant tab. A list of scheduled tasks displays.

Step 4. Find the Leak test you want to delete, then click on the red X located at the end of its row. A message displays asking you to confirm that you want to delete this test.

Step 5. Click on the OK button to delete the Leak test. A message displays confirming that the test was deleted. The test is no longer seen in the Manage Account screen.
