Creating a Leak Test Report
You can create a Leak Rate Test report anytime or have the report sent to you automatically on a weekly basis. The report provides a graph about the Leak Test cycles and their Leak Rate values for each tested device.
- To create a Leak Test report anytime, perform the steps below.
- To cause Leak Test reports to be automatically emailed to you on a weekly basis, refer to the help topic titled “Updating an Existing Leak Test.” Use the Leak Rate Reports Contacts drop-down menu to select the users who receive the report.
Steps
Step 1. Go to the Dashboard screen of the ConnectCare service portal.

Step 2. Click on the Remote Monitoring link or the View Command Center button in the second column. The Remote Monitoring Command Center screen displays.

Step 3. Click on the Reporting Tool button. The Remote Monitoring Reporting Tool screen displays. It is shown below.
Step 4. Enter information in the screen. The fields are described in the table below.
Step 5. Click on the Generate Report button. The report is created and displays in the second column under the Report Preview heading. See the figure below.
Step 6. After the report is created, you can convert the report to PDF format and download it by selecting the Download Report PDF button.
Step 7. After the report is created, you can convert the report to CSV format and download it by selecting the Download Report CSV button.
