Logging Out of the ConnectCare Service Portal

To logout of the ConnectCare service portal, perform the following steps. These steps describe the recommended method of logging out of the portal.

Step 1. Click on the Welcome link. A drop-down menu displays.

Step 2. Click on the Logout menu option. The ConnectCare service portal closes.
