Deleting a User’s Account

Only your STERIS ConnectCare Support Team can delete a user’s account. This is permanent. The account cannot be reactivated. To delete a user’s account, send the STERIS ConnectCare Support team a service request asking that they delete the account. Refer to the help topic titled “Submitting a Service Request” for more information.

 

To stop users from logging into the ConnectCare service portal without deleting their accounts, refer to the help topic titled “Disabling a User’s Account.” Disabling an account can be temporary. Your company’s administrators (users with administrative privileges) can re-enable user accounts that were disabled.
