Manage Account Screen (Operator Assistant tab)
The Operator Assistant tab displays a list of scheduled tasks that need to be performed by your company’s technicians. For each task, it specifies the type of task, how often the task should be done, number of devices the task should be performed on, etc. The screen also allows you to add, change, and delete tasks, depending on how your account was setup.
NOTE: STERIS technicians perform the preventative maintenance tasks found under the Scheduled PMs tab on the Dashboard screen.
To access the Operator Assistant tab, perform the following steps.
Steps
Step 1. Click on the Welcome link. A drop-down menu displays.

Step 2. Select the Manage Account menu option. The Manage Account screen displays.
Step 3. Select the Operator Assistant tab. A list of scheduled tasks displays. The contents are described in the table below.

Operator Assistant Task | Allows you to add a new task. Click on this button to display the Add Operator Maintenance Tasks screen. For more information, refer to the help topics titled “Adding a New Leak Test” or “Adding a New DART Test.” NOTE: This button is only available if you have the ability to add new tasks. | |

Task Name | Name of the scheduled task | |
Departments | Department that the equipment is assigned to | |
Operator Maintenance Task | Type of task, such as Leak test or DART. | |
Repeat Frequency | How often the task should be repeated. This is usually daily, weekly, or monthly. | |
Total Equipment | Number of devices that the task is scheduled to be performed on | |
Selected Equipment | Number of product families that the devices listed in the Total Equipment column (defined above) belong to | |
Action | If you have the ability to change or delete tasks, you will see the following icons in this column: | |
Allows you to edit the task. For more information about editing tasks, refer to the help topics titled “Updating an Existing Leak Test” or “Updating an Existing DART Test.” | ||
