Manage Account Screen (Account tab)
The information under the Account tab describes your company’s account. It contains information such as: your company’s address, primary contact in your company, and the departments in the company. To change information in your company’s account, contact your STERIS Technical Care team at 1-800-333-8828.
To access the Account tab, perform the following steps.
Steps
Step 1. Click on the Welcome link. A drop-down menu displays.

Step 2. Select the Manage Account menu option. The Manage Account screen displays.
Step 3. Select the Account tab. Your company’s (or facility’s) account information displays. The contents are described in the table below.

Account # | The number STERIS assigned to your facility |
Facility Name | Name of your facility or company |
Address | Street address of your facility |
City | City where your facility is located |
State | State where your facility is located |
Zip | Zip code where your facility is located |
Account Admin | The primary contact in your facility that interacts with STERIS |
Department | Department the Account Admin (defined above) is assigned to |
Title | Title of your company’s Account Admin (defined above) |
Phone Number | Telephone number of your company’s Account Admin (defined above) |
Email Address | Email address of your company’s Account Admin (defined above) |
DEPARTMENT(S) (Department(s) in the facilities’ accounts you are currently examining) | |
Click on this icon to add the name of another department. A blank field displays beneath the existing department names. Click on the Save button after the new name is entered. | |
Allows you to delete a department name. The deletion is permanent after you click on the Save button. | |

Add New link | Allows you to place your company’s logo next to the Welcome link located at the top of most screens. |
