To request a loaner to use while your device is being repaired, follow the steps below.
1. Click on 'Orders' in the left navigation. Click on 'Loaner Request' in the submenu.
2. Once you are on the 'Loaner Request' grid view, identify the item for which you would like to request a Loaner and select the "Request" button for that item.
3. A 'Loaner Request' form will appear. Complete the required fields and select 'Approve'.
4. You will be returned to the main 'Loaner Request' grid view. The status of your requestwill be updated as it moves through the loaner process.
