Loaned items can be returned at any time to STERIS. To return a loaner, follow the steps below.
1. From the Dashboard, click on the 'Loaners due for Return' tile.
Alternatively, or if you do not have a dashboard tile present, you can click on 'Orders' in the left navigation and then select 'Loaners on Loan.'
2. Once you are on the 'Loaners on Loan' grid view, identify the item that you would like to return and click the 'Return' button.
3. A 'Returning a Loaner' form will appear. Review the data and designate if the items have been disinfected. Click 'Return Loaner.'
4. A new browser window will open and display a packing slip and FedEx shipping label. Print those and use them to return your item.
